Baby Jamie

Hi,

I know there are those of you who have been awaiting an update on Baby Jamie.  He arrived in the US on Friday May 20.  I have had a hard time though trying to write this Blog and show his photos.  As you all know we work for God, these are his children first and he loves them and cares for them more than we could ever imagine.

Jamie is very close to my heart as so many of the orphaned children are.   His full assessment though was worse than we had thought.  Baby Jamie will have surgery for a G-tube, this will help him to get the needed medications to keep him comfortable.   However he can not have surgery to heal his brain.  So we will do everything humanly possible to keep him pain free until God takes him home.

Baby Jamie 7 months old only 10 pounds
Please continue to keep Baby Jamie in your prayers, along with all of the children in need of medical care all over Haiti.   We thank you for your support.  love Momma V

Photos of the kids

Look at Carly go. She is doing so well.
AMH has been working very hard since the quake. We have helped with Medical teams both sugical and general practice come to Haiti to help.

At the present we have the following children here getting medcial care:
Carly Delva getting help with braces and learning to walk.

Marck Jonis - has had many surgeries on his eyes. One eye did not take but he now has sight in his other eye. We will continue with his medical treatments.

Judson Candy is in Washington State, his care continues as the doctors have been left stumpted as to what is causing his medical issues.

Adriano Victor had his heart surgery and recovered very well. He was on his way home to Haiti and had other complications with his feeding come up. Adriano has now been cleared to return to Haiti once again and will be reunited with his mother, father and siblings in June.

Sebastien Janvier will return to Haiti this saturday (5/28/2011) He has had his two surgeries and recovered well. We pray Sebastien will have no further complications. We know he is ready to get back with his family who love and have missed him.

Dear Friends and Family,

I am sorry, that we have been away from posting for so long. There is no excuse, we let the earthquake get in the way and have stayed to busy. I am truly sorry.

UPDATE:

AMH continues to grow. We have been able to process medical visa's since the quake and many children have been able to return to their parents and life in Haiti.

I will try to give you an update of each please feel free to email me at Vanessa@angelmissions.org with any specific questions of any child we will do our best to let you know how they are doing.
